Courthouse Security is a Joke

Court today: They wouldn't let me in. Evidently there was a shooting in the courthouse 4 months ago, and they don't let bags in anymore. I had my purse. The security sheriff at the front door said I had to leave my bag there, but if someone walked off with it it was on me basically. I told him that doesn't make sense. He's saying to me as a police, and saying this in front of a line of at least 15 crooks and criminals, you're going to let someone steal my stuff? Before your very eyes?? But you're the nice guy around here!!! 🤨🤨🤨 I told him I wasn't going to stay in the courthouse, I was just gonna check in to let them know I'm here. I like to sit out on the bench and listen to music til it's my turn. But it didn't matter, I couldn't get in.... So I went to here and there and talked to him, and her, and him then her, and I was able to get it rescheduled. They're going to serve me with papers to let me know my new date. I'll know next time not to bring my purse, even though I carry my drink and stuff in it, but I let them know they need to put information like that on their Facebook page or something because what woman isn't going to bring her purse??? This entire experience is so surreal.
