Assaulted and No Restraining Order Granted

Well, I got assaulted recently and the attacking party actually called the cops on me. She got kicked out by the remaining ppl in the household. She has come to bother me once since. Fucked up my door. I thought I had enough evidence for a restriction order. But the temporary restriction order, like the one that grants protection up to the Court appearance did not go through. I am afraid this means the official one won't go through. I wrote that I have video evidence, but wasn't able to submit it. ok keep wondering if that would have made a difference. it's the person threatening me. A social worker worries abt the circumstances, and told me that as unfair as it is, to let it go.
