What's Your Core Trauma Memory?

I remember hiding behind a shelf out of fear, and being yelled at by my mother in the aftermath.

I’ve been told I have three traumas but only one PTSD. Seems like a scam to me. The first time, it was the feeling of helplessness as my mom just turned her head and let me cry The second, the ringing of the school phones The third, the feeling of the rain. I used to love the rain.

Empty school hallways.

Mom yelling at me to the point where my crying being hysterical laughter. I think it was my first anxiety attack. I think it lasted like 2 hrs. Props to my dad who got me outta there.

Ex boyfriend at the time was boyfriend. Wanting to commit suicide so many times I talked him out of every single one.
