Distract. Do something the minute you feel it to turn it around. Personally I crochet. I listen to a happy song. I play a game. Sounds kind of pointless at first but the more self aware you become about your moods and patterns the better you will get at managing!! I also mood journal to see why Im feeling that way. Sometimes something causes it, sometimes not. But its good anyways to track patterns
