my mind shows me things I dont want to see. my mind tells me things i dont want to hear. how do i cope? im on meds...

      I totally get it. Im on meds to manage going into full psychosis but the mind talking back does not help. I cope with music. I listen to NF. So mostly distraction. It also help to have alone time to do this and ground myself. Being around people can make it worse.
