Does anyone know any coping mechanism's for high stress? Does anyone know how to control intense emotions and quick reactions? im starting to loose hope for myselfđŸ˜„ any strategies are welcome or coping skills also some ideas to get sleep since i haven't slept in 3 days due to intrusive thoughts that wont stop

      I found a DBT program that I learned a LOT from. It took time and a ton of practice but over the three years I graduated (annually) I developed such a thorough understanding that I can fix just about anything with myself now.
