Aroma therapy? And Treats! You should reward yourself. Also i take passion flower tincture when things are hectic. It helps me stay focused without getting overwhelmed. But you should do research before taking supplements.

Unfortunately I am in this same boat right now and am taking days of work because I hit my breaking point. :( I want to say take plenty of breaks especially when you feel totally fine so it doesn’t catch up with you, also try to manage stress as best as you can ❤️
