      Yes everyone have already said it,create a music play list and blast it until you feel better...Me personally I take long hot showers with candle..This some how works for me...Find your thing.Try yoga,puzzles,painting.

      To be completely honest, I play music all the time. 24/7 if I have to. I actually have a playlist for that specific feeling. Most of them are slow songs or sad even. Im just not the kind of person who wants to hear happy music when im feeling like that but you totally can if it works for you !
