@901Snoop thank you so much! I’ve been finding some comfort in writing and listening to music as well.

For the last few months, I've been keeping a writing journal. I mark the date and how I'm feeling, what I've been thinking about, events that have happened, anything that might've been a trigger to me, etc. It doesn't necessarily get rid of the depressed sensation, but it calms me down a bit. And it also allows me to look back at things when I forget or when I'm trying to find a pattern/cycle of mood changes. Something else that tends to boost my serotonin is sitting in the sun listening to music, but not everyone lives near sunny areas.

Try to think happy thoughts, take a walk or just go out. It can be depressing just being around the same old things

@Her2003 writing is a great way to help. I use to write poems when I was little and boy it was good feeling to get my thoughts out. Music is my life and great way to escape. Seems like you have found great ways to cope hun
