If you have a chronic illness, I have a question! How difficult was it to accept that you were ill and that your life wouldn’t be the same? What helped you stay positive while learning how to cope with an illness or multiple illnesses? I have been living with chronic illnesses since I was born, but have still not been able to accept the fact that I will never live a “normal” life. I have so many dreams and aspirations, but being sick all of the time makes them seem impossible. I just want to be able to say “I am chronically ill and that’s okay” and mean it.

About 6 months. It was really hard in the beginning. I cried a LOT the more I noticed my limitations and felt like my dreams were slipping through my fingers. HOWEVER, thanks to therapy and lots of support people, I've been able to just learn what I need to do to still be able to enjoy life, even if it looks different now. And I think in some time I will start being able to see the new possibilities for my life and start dreaming again. But I felt so hopeless and defeated at first. Keep fighting. Be gentle with yourself. Practice self acceptance and self love. Give yourself grace in moments when your body fails you. It's still you. You are not your chronic illness.

I’m not ok at all with having a chronic illness as our medical system/food system/healthcare system has only provided info that deters health…declines our immunity …makes no desire to get answers to the rise in chronic illness even with Fauci at the helm for infectious and chronic disease in which his 50 years has seen an over 50% rise in chronic disease, etc. I too have suffered since a child …it infuriates me to learn for 50-100 years elites have been controlling/devising ways to keep the masses ill ..profiting every step of the way off our suffering! Born in 1956 and many many illnesses, infections, hospitalizations…seeking help from specialists as much as my so called health plan allowed…and with health worsening. When my symptoms were so unbearable, retiring early …sought alternatives…they too are misinformed ..many only looking to take advantage to make $$$$…. What does one believe??? I lost hope so many times…I prayed and still pray for guidance! Tried so many promising protocols that failed! Yet I fight for my freedoms to research for my right to decide what’s best for my body!!!! I was recommended to try many ideas …to find the Medical Medium’s protocols so helpful…healing like dry eye, eczema, balance low blood pressure, heal reflux, indigestion and cleared so many food intolerances that left me barely eating anything…thinking it must be the water..basically only thing not eliminated! To find FLUORIDE was part cause to my nasty bowel leakage that no specialist could help me with! So much proof that fluoride has zero benefits …was propaganda from start …IT IS A NEUROTOXIN….and the Dental community still advocate this toxin! Also suggest going to Children Health Defense to read their findings and how this corrupt health system is harming our children…our future! Ok I will say I found solace with the Medical Medium. Read his books to learn the true causes of diseases, chronic ills, cancers..you name it! Then incorporating his protocols to heal in 2019 as I was diagnosed celiac and IBS as celiac diet failed. Chronic D was the worst…horrible digestion/reflux and many food intolerances. Today I am clear of most the issues but yet have some D issues…but rarely and now can leave my home! I can eat many foods ..even the bad ones occasionally. The MM protocols are first…hard as you need a total overhaul of your mindset about foods…second…buying/propping the good foods, third ..incorporating the right supplements (yes these were key and are clean (had zero issues with them as others in past caused more D issues or had bad ingredients). FOURTH..following detox protocols ..fifth…sticking with it thru the uncomfortable detoxing! But worth EVERY DARN STEP! Over 40 years I was on the medical train, prescribed drugs, tested from mouth to anus over and over, various diets all hoping this one will work … to lastly tell me…don’t know the whys..how about antidepressant!!!??!!?? So after reading the MM books, joining the Facebook groups like celeryjuiceheals to MM on Facebook, following others who have improved chronic ills and even a mother of an autistic son that thru the MM heavy metal detox smoothies to correct diet ..this child has very little issues of autism…specialized teachers were amazed at his progress! Yes..heavy metals are part cause to autism! Our environment/foods are toxic! Shameful! The MM protocols saved me…gave me answers, gave me healing and such great improvements..I can boast positively! It’s your choice how you wish to live with chronic illness….after reading the MM books.. I was angered by what this corrupt system had done to our health…and decided the hard work involved in these MM protocols were worth it! I even got his books from my local library and bought some for the reference and recipes! Truth be told in these books….the MM is not a scam. I followed many..many people to find so many benefiting. Not a religious freak to force religion down your throat! I believe in God

Tapping…Nick Ortners tapping solutions .. Are you or is anyone you know struggling with an Autoimmune Disorder? If so, I HIGHLY recommend listening to this outstanding audio presentation by Dr. Kim D’Eramo! I've shared this audio before and the comments I read after people listen to it are always amazing... Comments like, "I feel hopeful after listening," and "Wow... life changing. SO needed this right now." https://go.thetappingsolution.com/overcoming-autoimmune-disorders-lahe8

That's hard. I've been in pain my whole life too but didn't know it was firbo till 3 years ago. Personally (everyone is different) I think saying this is part of me. And I'm ok with that Helps.

Honestly I am still accepting but it gets easier. I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes two years ago and got told I had all my life and no one caught in time. And then I have multiple mental health illnesses so its hard. But I find it easy if I have a support team. If you ever want to send me a chat you can.

i’m still working on that too. in the process of getting stuff diagnosed. i feel like rn what helps me is trying not to dwell on what ifs like wondering what it’d be like if i wasn’t sick. i know it’s easier said then done obviously but that’s where i’m at personally
