How do I cope with anxiety induced psychosis if I'm not seeing a psychiatrist/therapist?

What are the psychosis symptoms you're having? I had hallucinations as a teenager and it helped to do some grounding techniques to remind myself that they weren't real. Honestly your best bet will be to find a psychiatrist as soon as possible though. Medication is helpful even if we don't like it sometimes.

i have a psychosis disorder, and my first go to is calling someone i trust. i call them and talk to them. i also have "protective" items nearby, such as special blankets, stuffed animals, clothing pieces, etc. it helps calm me down a bit. i also play very chill music that im very familiar with, so that way everything is anticipated. i also like to read because i am then forced to focus on the words. my standard course of action is get under ny comforter, pull up a story online, play my comfort playlist, and just wait it out till im calmer and more centered in on reality. not sure if thats much help, but ;)

I find it very helpful to listen to "positive affirmations" on any audio platform. I also combine my favourite calm music/songs with deep breathing or meditation exercises. Depending on how your anxiety affects you, there are unlimited options for calming, grounding or distracting yourself

I usually use coping skills like music drawing, watching a movie, or a TV show.
