How can I manage my anxiety since I am unable to access a therapist?

      I usually play calming clicker games when I'm trying to manage a panic attack. Also try talking yourself down out loud if able and if not then breathing exercises help. This is just what works for me and it may not work for everyone. I hope this helps. :)

      I know this seems clique but I've started trying new hobbies that aren't too overwhelming. Reading online books and novel takes my mind awhile for moments at a time. Also music always helps. Try making a playlist of your fav songs. I hope this helps
