      "acting" out my intrusive thoughts. I'll pretend to be the intrusive thoughts character and a reasonable and logical Character that will challenge the other characters'thoughts. It's funky but it works for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

      I feel like distracting yourself is probably the most helpful. Only because if you just shift yourself with something else you can still be productive and try to forget about what you're going through at the same time.
