Not sure what this is related too but for the last week I’ve been struggling with constant leg twitching in my right leg. It doesn’t happen when I’m actively walking to putting weight on it but the second I sit down it’s non stop. And kinda violent. Shakes my whole leg. I have a chronically inflamed SI joint and EDS. My friend mentioned it could be stress related? Has anyone had this or possibly know what is going on?

It could possibly be an imbalance of (or lack of) magnesium and/or potassium. I find that I have more muscle twitching when I'm consuming more calcium. Also, when I'm super stressed.

Some individuals with EDS have mentioned experiencing involuntary muscle twitching or shaking in their limbs. It could be related to stress, but it's also possible that it's connected to your EDS or another underlying condition. It's important to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
