Sudden Joint Pain: Any Ideas?

Here's a weird one so I get these random moments where my joints will randomly cause me extreme pain usually my knees wrists or hips like ill be walking just fine then take a step and boom I'm on the floor cause it just decided to stop working properly and be painfully whenever I put weight on it? I don't think it's pinched nerves cause usually shaking my leg or manipulating the area it will suddenly stop hurting so if anyone might have an idea what this is I'm open for it!

Tried but it seems to make me paranoid or depressed. Figures.

Is there any chance it could be an issue with your muscles/ligaments? Maybe talk to your doctor about the possibility of some kind of hypermobility condition. One of my best friends has a very serious one called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome(EDS), and she's described having your symptoms WAY back in the very early stages of her condition.

I've had thoughts that it could be that and it would make sense with all my other issues I'm just anxious to mention it cause of my weight I'll probably get the good old loose weight thing 😅 I'll probably see about it though just to be sure
