Continuous Muscle Twitching with Anxiety

Does anyone have continuous muscle twitching with anxiety…I’m talking like when your just sitting there(not during an attack)? My doc says it’s normal but it freaks me out…and it’s residual hormones and flight/fight responses…

Can you help? connect today

I thought I heard this once before from someone on here, very interesting to me cuz I have muscle spasms like daily, some are Tolerable, some are annoying as hell.. I thought I was just out of shape, then I lost 35 pounds and it still happens... if it's cuz of anxiety ...thats interesting, overall it's very annoying though. I have found that the cupping things you get of Amazon are helpful though, it never goes away, but it seems to make them less intense, I try to do it at least 3 times a week. I love the cupping!

When I'm trying to relax and fall asleep, even after taking my sleep meds, I sometimes get what I call restless leg syndrome but not sure that's correct. It's not a full on twitch, but my legs won't relax. And sometimes I tense up so bad it's feels like I've lifted up 3 inches off the bed. Again, this is after sleep meds and smoking my prescription cannabis. I never associated it as a symptom of my anxiety

The only this I've ever had help is relieve stress by expressing your emotions to someone. I had to stand up for myself before facial twitches stopped
