How do you deal with a near constant feeling of dread and fear? I have moments of clarity, where I feel ok and like my normal self again, but then the feeling comes back again and I feel like it won't leave me alone. And I'm not getting used to it! :( Sometimes it feels really hopeless.

One suggestion is to try changing your environment when you're feeling particularly bad. Going somewhere you normally don't, like shopping or a new restaurant, can help reset your mindset. Keeping a gratitude list and reminding yourself of how it feels when you're doing ok can also be beneficial. It's important to remind yourself that the feelings will pass eventually. Another approach is to accept that these feelings may come and go, but that doesn't mean they will ruin everything or prevent you from having a positive life overall. This acceptance can help reduce fear and anxiety.
