Struggling with Mental Health: The Never-Ending Battle

Ive been struggling for about a year now, battling with my mental health and it feels like no one fully understands. I seem to get back to a good mind set and dread whatever will come along and trigger it again, sending me back down that horrible spiral.

I have felt that for years so I totally understand 💕 as have many others. I so fear that once I finally get to a good place that I'll get another episode of depression that will ruin everything and destroy all my hard work. I have personally come to accept that, even if for the rest of my life my depression incapacitates me for months at a time every couple years, I still think I'd have a net positive life overall. And accepting this helps me to fear it less. This thinking may or may not work for you as well. But in any case I hope that you find something that works for you!
