Why do I always feel like I have anxiety? I know before these symptoms were because of my anemia, and once it got more stable they went away, but here lately I feel them again. My heart beats fast and I feel like fainting when sitting down, and especially if I stand up or even just lift my arms above my head. My legs keep going weak as well, even if I'm laying down, it can get hard to move them. I get restless leg syndrome at night. My nails are weak again. I also experience that thing where I feel like I'm falling, except I also feel it when I'm awake sometimes. I'm also INCREDIBLY heat sensitive. I don't know why my anemia would be bad again since I've been on the same iron pills and diet that helped me before, but is there any other explanation? My thyroid got checked two years ago when I had these symptoms then and was fine back then.

The symptoms described could be due to a variety of conditions, not just anemia. Deficiencies in things like iron, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D can have symptoms of fatigue, breathlessness, tiredness, palpitations etc. Conditions such as POTS or CFS/ME also share similar symptoms. It's recommended to consult with a medical professional for a proper diagnosis.
