Constant Lightheaded Feeling and Fear of Fainting

Does anyone else have days where no matter what you do there is a constant lightheaded feeling and like you might faint throughout the day?

Hi, I have been feeling exactly this way for over 2 months now. I gave blood samples but nothing wrong. My dr suggesting anxiety and that could be it but I don't know how to make it stop. Every time I feel like I am going to faint but I never do. Have you managed to over come this ? It is really when it happens.

Definitely! I've had days where my pots symptoms just will NOT go away no matter what, I've noticed this is affected by the air pressure/weather (like before a storm) or because I'm otherwise super fatigued. Have you noticed if there is a pattern for you?
