I recently found out that my iron is low, and I'm not sure if the other symptoms I've been having are related. I've been getting episodes of lightheadedness, feeling weak, getting hot and feeling sick for about six months. Recently, I had a particularly bad day where I also got chest pain, a headache and got really cold until my fingernails were purple. I also lost my appetite for a few days after. Since then I've had an almost constant feeling of lightheadedness and feeling weak whenever I'm upright, whether sitting or standing. Has anyone experienced this before?
