We tend to keep up really good communication in our system. We have a notebook app we use for journaling and reminders to others in the system as well as physical journals and calendars in our living space to make sure no matter who is fronting they have a semblance of what's happening that day and what needs to be done. Setting aside time to just be still in thought/meditation is also a good way to build up communication. We find it really helps us keep a grasp on what's happening internally and openly converse together.
