What are the Best Ways for In-System Communication?

We just speak within our head freely. Sometimes we would sign our names if we were like able to. Kinda like a so and so was here deal.

For us, we’ve learned to just speak to eachother within our head, or just plain talk to outselves out loud if we aren’t in public. If they’re not there, of course, we just leave them a sticky note in an easy/usually accessed place

I’d recommend talking through various methods, experiment and don’t let small failures be a significant problem! Most systems have a hard time communicating when you’ve first came into contact and are aware of them. I personally use notes and leave them in areas my alters have been around.
