does anyone else have a comfort/depression hoodie/sweatshirt. i have this one sweatshirt i always wear when I’m sad to comfort me and idk why but i almost feel an attachment to it.

DEFinately. i have a giant oversized hoodie thats literally been washed a million times so its so soft. the scent it has is nostalgic for me and reminds me of being little and like being cozy. it feels like home and boosts my mood even if im literally having an anxiety attack.
yesss! i have this Unus Annus sweater that i wear almost 24/7. It helps a bunch with my anxiety and when im depressed 😊

i don't know if it's from depression and/or ASD but whenever i feel like i'm gonna have a bad day i wear one of my partners old hoodies. there's partially that it reminds me of them but mainly the texture and it makes me feel safe?
