Yeah, what’s going on? Feel free to dm me, I have type 1 so I can definitely help you if you can tell me what symptoms you’re experiencing 😊
If you aren’t having any mood episodes I’d say you were misdiagnosed. I know the fidgeting can be a symptom of ADHD which is sometimes confused with bipolar, so I’d compare some of the symptoms you do have to the symptoms of ADHD. That’s the best advice I can offer, sorry if it’s not much help.

the fact is I no longer have any symptoms of bipolar disorder since I left school and my home. I'm not on any medication, the medication made me far worse, and they tried several. What symptoms I do have don't make sense to me at all. My husband has pointed out I fidget, almost regularly, hair or nails, he said its like a ritual of how I fidget with them. There are a lot of other odd things, but they just don't make any sense. I don't have mood swings anymore, minus that time of month, I no longer have depression or manic episodes.
