Struggling to Accept My Bipolar Diagnosis

I was diagnosed Bipolar type 2 a while back and I am still struggling to make sense of it all. I still don’t fully believe I have bipolar 2, idk. I mean I looked it up and it could easily be that I’ve been hypomanic episodes and just mistaking them for idk ADHD episodes, or hyper-focus, or something like that. I mean I know I have depressive episodes, and have had that on and off most of my life, it’s just I am still not fully sold on the dx. I am not sure if I should seek out a second opinion, or what.

My doctors are trying to determine if I have bipolar or adhd. It's not fun being in the waiting, figuring out period. Sounds like if you can do a second opinion, it would be helpful!
