Anyone found any relief for chronic tailbone issues? I have been getting injections for the past 4 years and now they really only help for a few months at a time. Any other suggestions?

Hi. I get injections too for degenerative disc disease. They don’t last very long for me either, but I can’t bring myself to agree to surgery. I’m following to see what anyone can suggest or what has holistically worked for them.

I mostly live on my heating pad. 😩 I used to get injections too but they only lasted a month, if that.

  @thecozyfox my injections used to last for a year, then 6 months, now only about 3 or 4 months 🤔.
