I struggle daily with chronic mental and physical pain. I’m tired of this life and wish sometimes it would end quickly and painlessly. I’m 48 and feel like if this is how I’m going to spend the rest of my life, is it even worth it?

I feel you..I'm 50 I had a brain anyerism last year...it's gone now. It's noon and I'm I'm still trying to kick my butt to get out of bed because that's when the real pain begins. Luck I took my migraine meds so hopefully so brain zaps today one of the wonderful aftermath of a anyerism. Everyday is a fight but I look for small every day to make me smile. My new grand son...the the sun...my dog....what makes you get up
This is real and I’m tired of feeling like this too

Today is a tough day for me too. I’ve had that thought many times. But yes, we just have to really try to think positive. I have a bird feeder outside my patio window and I enjoy watching the birds. I can’t go outside because I have Lupus. I can’t drive because I have epilepsy. But I can sit and watch the birds now and maybe listen to some music later.
