How do you all tolerate chronic pain? I have migraines, IBS and PMDD. I am sick and in bed on most days of my life. I cant work and feel like I am not really alive at all. I struggle to keep going. I find tiny pleasures like feeding birds or looking at the landscape on a walk. But it isnt enough. I feel so hopeless and alone.
