Chronic pain keeps making me overstimulated, which causes me to get angry with my roommates over really small things they do that upset me. When I notice I'm in a snippy mood, I try to just stay as chill as possible and to tell my roommates what's going on ahead of time, but I still mess up and snap sometimes.
