Struggling with Low Potassium and Anxiety

I am going back to work today and closing as usual. My potassium is still low so my doctor wants me to go back this week to do more blood work. I am taking the medication for the potassium I can't help if it will not go up like the doctor wants to. I cannot control my body and want it does and what it wants to do. Another night of interrupted sleep and hopefully when I talk to the pysch doctor this coming week my meds can be changed to help me sleep. I am drinking two cups of coffee instead of one cause I try to be careful with my anxiety. Today I feel overwhelmed cause of lack of sleep and my anxiety being up and unable to get it down. I hope work today will be easy and not really hard for me.
