Hi Alikes, Going to find some other exercise minded folks with fibromyalgia. I've played soccer all my life and was really into obstacle course racing for a while. Between freaking with adapting to fibro and the pandemic my fitness level dropped a lot. I've been working on retaining my fitness level, but it is a challenge, especially to know what I can hope for. Had anyone found good fitness programs or trainers targeted to fibro athletes?
