Usually talk about the things that I am thinking helps. When I heard the things that are in my mind out loud sometimes make me realise the reality of things

I wondered about this a lot when I was younger. Since high school I have found out that I have pmdd which is out of my control in causing panic attacks, and i most likely have MCAS which causes severe anxiety. Acceptance therapy is perfect for many of us, because it teaches us to be okay with a fact of our existence. Like that my body just freaks out often. It is no fault of mine. The people around me know this and truly surrounding yourself with people that will support you and understand you makes life bearable and even joyful during those uncontrollable moments.
