I spiral so fast into questioning everything in my life. I shouldn't so quickly move from planning my wedding to wanting to abandon my whole life. At this point I wouldn't even know if my concerns are real because my brain makes everything scary and a big deal.

I go through the same thing. I have OCD and one day feel like everything is great and wonderful and the next day I am the complete opposite and over thinking everything. You should definitely talk to pyschotrist/therapist about this(if you haven't already) you can fight this though. You have the strength. I promise there is Light behind the darkness.
