Hey guys, I've been having a really hard time with something. Everything has to be just the way I want it to be. If it isn't just the way I want it, I get physical pains, and my head just starts to spin. The thoughts go crazy. Anyone know what this is?

Have you looked into OCD as a possibility? I have some tendencies surrounding academic stuff a lot, like everything needing to be absolutely perfect or paragraphs having the exact same number of lines, etc. It may not be a full blown disorder for you, but it could help to look into some of the strategies used to deal with similar thoughts or compulsions.
