Looking for Home Remedies for Migraine

Going to the er or a walk in clinic is a good idea when a migraine lasts 4 weeks. It might be caused by something major.

I use verapamil and rizatriptan. It doesn't always work, but it does help it shorten.

Some say benadryl taken with an over the counter ib profin or whatever works. Not so much for me. Are you able to go get a toridol injections? Or go to e.r.?? 4 weeks is so long, I've been there, I feel for you. Reach out if you would like. I'm here
