Looking for Effective Migraine Treatment

Since taking a high strength vitamin D supplement i had, had no migraines for 6 months. When i stopped the supplement i had a migraine. Iv ordered some more vitamin D and im hoping it prevents them once again. My vitamin D dose was 200% of the RDA. Hope this might help you too. Also a nasal decongestant has worked well to minimise the pain somehow. One other suggestion is to go to sleep as soon as the aura starts. Good luck

I like to just sit in complete darkness for a while, even take a nap. Just try to get away from any bright lights or other irritants, and definitely drink water
