Managing My Health for My Family

Hi Guys I've been seizure free since 2010 in terms of grand mal but very occasionally I have a little twitch or tremor at nights. I have a titanium aortic valve and this had been ok but v recently I got told I had a little high BP and to keep an eye on it. I cut down my caffeine intake and that seems to sort it. Then I got my bloods done. All ok except cholesterol a little high at 8. I'm waiting to go back in 6 months and have cut out butter. Cut down on cheeses and buying a low fat cheddar. And I switched to skimmed milk. I'm hoping that will be enough. I have 2 daughters at primary school and I want to make sure I'm there for them and my wife.
