Dealing with Epilepsy and Anxiety

Hi! So, I'm epileptic and have dealt with it okay since I was diagnosed, I think. I went on medication prescribed by a very good neurologist, and haven't had a seizure in years. But this past summer, my family and I took a trip to Disney World. I experienced an aura where my body shook and eyes twitched. I spent over an hour clinging to my father that day. And the rest of the trip was kind of a nightmare because I was nervous. Now, in school I'm back to my old ways: uncomfortable if I feel at all dizzy/hot/hungry/pain (pain in my spine/hip/leg which connects to dizziness and seizures) and in the edge of my seat to get home. I've also experienced my heart rate racing almost out of nowhere (before I even realize I'm nervous). I don't think I had that before. The issue is, the threat of a seizure is almost insignificantly low, so my panic is a colossal waste of time. Sorry that was so long.
