I am 38 . I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 13. all my life I was on medication Nd my epilepsy wasn't aggressive. whenever I had an episode it was purely my mistake either I skipped my meds or sleep less. my last episode was in 2013 after that I never had an episode . I start decreasing my meds from 2018 and completely stopped since 2020. I am still going good . I want to know does anyone have the same experience. do I need to worry if I'll have a sezuir again . these days I am going through alot of stress and I deep down I feel like it will trigger my epilepsy again . please help me here
