does anyone else experience a pain in your heart? I've had this feeling my whole life. it feels like a dull ache is always there, but sometimes (like today) it feels like pressure builds until the ache is a sharp pain. I have to syke myself up to take really deep breaths until I feel a "pop". then the pain subsidies. it builds, then "pops". My fingers go tingly on my left hand. Just curious š¤
