Experiencing Heart Pain at 27

I've been having an elevated heart rate all this week to the point I feel like "popping" or I don't know how to explain it (gas bubbles maybe) no sharp pain just tightness. Its 100% anxiety related but it's very concerning. I'm only 22 and female.
