Experiencing Heart Pain at 27

Does anyone else get bad heart pain? Random soreness and things like that? I generally feel like i have a weak heart and feel like it will go out. Im only 27

I've been having an elevated heart rate all this week to the point I feel like "popping" or I don't know how to explain it (gas bubbles maybe) no sharp pain just tightness. Its 100% anxiety related but it's very concerning. I'm only 22 and female.

Just yesterday I felt some pain/burning on the left side of my chest, and yea I think it’s due to anxiety
