I'm frustrated that I tend to become more... clingy and dependent sometimes. I feel as though I bother people especially if they don't get back so then I pretty much say "Oh nevermind... I'll give you space." I literally hate when I do that. it's just been tattooed in my mind that I'm thinking too much about myself and I shouldn't talk about it because maybe this person doesn't like me or I pester them. Just in general I've been doing it a lot more and I don't like it because I personally believe it's unhealthy and I make people feel bad like frick... I want to unlearn this behavior but it's so hard when you constantly live someone who does the same thing... I am open to suggestions too. I'd greatly appreciate it... š

Hmmmmm, I do feel that way a lot. You may want to talk it out. I'm that way to my boyfriend. Some days, if he doesn't immediately text back, I break down and cry. But you can read 30 words a second, but you can repeat 500 words in your head in a second. So be gentle won yourself when unlearning things.

Maybe you've already tried these suggestions but what about: Counseling? Hypnotherapy? Meditation?
