hi, who all has bradycardia, and are on meds for it. I'm 36 and my doctor diagnosed me with bradycardia but I'm not on meds to keep my heart rate up. I have a smart watch that will give me my heart rate and at night my heart rate is between 32 to 36. I know that it is dangerously low. Even when I exercise my heart rate won't go over 100. Do you think that I should ask my doctor to refer me to a cardiologist.

I have Sick Sinus Syndrome (wasn't on the list of diagnosis) which caused me to have bradycardia until I received a pacemaker.

I'm very surprised that you're not under the care of a cardiologist. When i was 20, my heart rate was going down to 30 at night and they put in a pacemaker.
