Dealing with POTs and Bradycardia: Seeking Advice

I do. I currently am not on anything. But I couldn’t take beta blockers Bc thru decreased my HR too much resting. Resting I can get down to 30. Standing can get to 170-180

I do! Doctor put me on a low dose beta blocker and it helped, but it keeps my resting HR in the 50s and it still spikes high when I stand or walk, but it doesn’t generally get over 110 with the beta blocker.
