Drops in Heart Rate: Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Yeah, if I’m like standing for a while sometimes I’ll drop from 110 to 60 and it’s shock me because idrk what causes it. Usually if my resting is too low (in the 80s or lower) I feel really weak.

Sometimes when I’m standing I go from like 100 to 50s which was my resting before I got POTS. It’s so random and makes me feel like an imposter some days

Mine does overnight. But if you haven’t already please mention this to your doctor!!

Same here usually 40s

Mine will drop low during some attacks. I do not know if, in my body, this is solely due to POTS or of my ME affects it as well. For bradycardia, I usually faint when it gets to the low 40s.
