Concerned about my Health

I had an EKG today and everything was normal and I'm kind of disappointed I want to know why I am the way I am, I know something is wrong, my heart rate shouldn't be at 130 when I'm sitting down and I shouldn't be tired and nasus 24/7. something is wrong with my body and I don't really know what to do.

I was like this too until they had me wear a heart monitor for 30 days and they finally saw what I was talking about. I eventually got put on propranolol which worked for me then I got pregnant and was switched to labatalol and last month I got weaned off it and haven't been taking anything and haven't felt any symptoms, My Cardiologist wanted to see how I did without the meds since I'd been on them for a few years he's really big on not giving out meds unless absolutely necessary which I love

Hi, I really struggle with this too. Whenever I go into the doctor & have tests ran such as a stress test or an EKG, mine always comes back normal. My cardiologist says “you’re perfectly fine and everything seems to be doing OK”, but I know I’m not — I still have symptoms that bother me daily associated with my tachycardia. I struggle with a high heart rate sitting down as well, even just laying in bed. Sometimes it can be 160 or above. I’ve had a cardiac ablation & I’m not sure if I need to be put on medication to help lower it. I do notice, however, that if I am resting/sitting down/laying down my heart rate increases 130 or above when I’m speaking or laughing or even if I’m in a hot environment.
