My Boyfriend Hit a Deer and Now Everything is Falling Apart

My boyfriend called me a while ago to tell me he hit a deer on his way to his second job. His car was falling apart already, but now it's no longer street legal. He just started a new job where he would be driving disabled people where they need to go, but now he can't exactly do that. His second job is delivering pizzas, and he was going to stay there long enough to make a bit of extra money before he gets settled at the new one. He doesn't have access to another car to drive. He said he was just giving up. Then he blew me off when I told him I was worried and trying to figure out how long to wait before calling 911 for a wellness check on him. I just don't know what to do or say to him. I'm a wreck wondering when the next bad thing is going to happen and how much it will affect him. I wish he would get help for his depression, but even if he could afford it, he's always had bad experiences with therapy. I want to help him. I just don't know how. I don't know how to help him get his car fixed when he doesn't have the money. I don't know how to help him manage his money better when he is determined to do it himself and expensive things keep happening. I don't know what to do.
