Why am I bouncing all the time? I used to bounce all the time growing up and was always told to stop. Now as an adult it seems to be making a come back (at 27) and Ill literally bounce through the house to be destination, rather than walk. I am suspecting of Autism but I’m curious on the thoughts of bouncing, spinning, and pacing.

The bouncing, spinning, and pacing could be related to ADHD or Autism as these behaviors are often seen as a form of stimming or self-soothing. Stimming is a repetitive movement that helps individuals regulate their emotions or sensory input. It's also possible that these behaviors are a manifestation of the hyperactivity aspect of ADHD. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis.
