How to boost self esteem in a low self esteemed person?

Recognize you’re trying your best. It’s super easy to push yourself down because you compare yourself to people you see as similar but your experiences and issues are no identical. My adhd and ocd and anxiety are all considered mild/moderate but because I have them all together I sometimes struggle more than people who have a more severe version of one of those conditions. I have terrible executive function so my office at work is not clean but because I hyper-focus and have no filter my kids and coworkers think I’m funny and I make them have fun. I can’t ever live alone because I need constant help but I make killer brownies and Mac and cheese that I always have people to share them with. My self esteem plummets when I compare myself to others but I try to remember we are not the same so our expectations of ourselves shouldn’t be either.
